Welcome! I am Ros, the founder of YOGAROS. I am a highly experienced and knowledgeable Yoga Lover and Teacher, Movement Coach & Pilates Tutor. I have 15 years of delivering popular group classes plus 12years at David Lloyd's flagship Chigwell branch. Here at my Home Studio, I offer you my skills during a 1:1 Individual Private Client Session helping you to learn how to release pain from your tight low back or other areas of concern. When you Feel the Relief of good quality movement that happen when you let go of the Tight Muscular Tension you feel SO GOOD ! Often, postural imbalances are at the root cause of low back pain, stiff neck, crunchy shoulders or dodgy knees. But its also emotionally draining to carry longterm pain, so if needed, we may address your breath patterns and Stress Relief Techniques. During a 1:1 Individual Client Session with me ( here at my studio in Gants Hill - walking distance from Gants Hill Tube, Central Line - and a 15mins drive from Chigwell areas ) I help you to feel like your Self again so you can get on with your life, pain-free and more mobile.
